Broccoli Salad

2 gal 2 qt Fresh broccoli |

1 qt Low fat mayonnaise |
| |
2 cups Sugar |
| |
1/4 cup White vinegar |
| |
1/4 cup Lowfat milk |
| |
1 qt 3.5 cups Raisins |
| |
3.75 cups Walnuts, chopped
(optional) |
| |
1 cup Red onions, sliced
(optional) |

Directions: |

Wash broccoli. Cut heads into
florets. Dice stems. |

Combine lowfat mayonnaise, sugar,
vinegar, and milk. Mix well. Add to diced broccoli.. |

Add raisins, walnuts (optional), and
onions (optional) to broccoli mixture. Stir to coat all pieces with dressing. |

chill before serving. (For
best results, chill for at least 2 hours before serving.) |
